Unlike traditional electrochemical sensors that require frequent membrane replacements and electrolyte refills, the KNF-103B employs a new generation of high-performance fluorescent materials independently developed by KaiNaFu. The sensor operates on the principle of fluorescence quenching — blue light emitted by an LED excites the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the sensing cap, which then emits red light. By detecting the phase difference between the excitation and emission signals and comparing it with internal calibration values, the oxygen concentration is calculated with remarkable precision, automatically compensated for temperature and pressure variations.
