KaiNaFu Launches the KNF-101A PRO Online pH Sensor with Replaceable Probe

KaiNaFu, a professional manufacturer of water quality sensors, is proud to introduce the KNF-101A PRO online pH sensor — a next-generation digital probe engineered for continuous, low-maintenance monitoring of pH and ORP in water treatment, swimming pools, tap water supply networks and industrial processes.

Designed for Continuous Online Monitoring

Unlike traditional laboratory measurement, the KNF-101A PRO is built to stay in the line. It supports both pipeline installation (with an optional Y-shaped 3-way end-face seal accessory) and submersible installation. In pipeline mode it withstands pressures up to 6 bar, while submerged installation keeps the probe fully operational at water depths up to 50 meters.

Based on extensive on-site experience, the sensor's detection probe is fully replaceable. When the sensing element reaches the end of its service life, users simply swap the probe instead of replacing the entire instrument — dramatically reducing ownership cost and downtime. A uniquely designed electrolyte filling port also allows electrolyte top-up in the later stage, further extending sensor life.

All KaiNaFu water quality and water level instruments can connect to the KaiNaFu water quality monitoring cloud platform (DATAIO). The platform receives, displays, statistics, automatically analyses, stores, downloads and releases monitoring data from field sensor devices, and generates intuitive visual charts on the management centre display terminal. Users can access data through a desktop web page (login at ion.onetestinc.com), Apple and Android apps, and WeChat official account / mini programs.
