The KNF-800 biotoxicity early warning system employs the latest image processing and AI technologies, utilizing bio-movement measurement techniques to continuously monitor water quality. The monitoring unit features internationally recognized fish species for biotoxicity testing—medaka or zebrafish. Designed with a compact, space-saving layout, the KNF-800 system boasts low operational costs and versatility across diverse aquatic environments. It also integrates five water quality parameters, including ORP and chlorophyll measurements, enabling digitalized water quality data.

The current situation of water pollution. Why use BKNF-800?
There are over thousands of pollution incidents occurring in first-class rivers every year.
There are over 100000 hazardous chemicals, and the danger of water pollution caused by terrorist activities or accidents is becoming increasingly serious. Although early detection of water pollution is necessary, it is difficult to achieve through manual 24-hour visual monitoring. Failure to detect water pollution early may lead to extremely serious harm. The KNF-800 can achieve "water inlet inspection", establish "traceability", and even serve as an "crisis management countermeasure" for early detection of water quality abnormalities, making it an excellent risk management device.
Main features and functions of KNF-800
1. The monitoring data is analyzed and displayed by a computer and stored in the host memory.
2. Multiple monitoring methods - AI behavior tracking benchmark algorithm
3. Equipped with a touch screen industrial computer and a million pixel camera
4. Automatic cleaning device installed in the sink
5. Can save images from 1-30 minutes before the occurrence of the time
6. Automatically generate daily reports
7. Remote monitoring can be achieved through a local area network
8. Synchronized monitoring of water quality parameters: pH, temperature, conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen ORP, Chlorophyll, etc.

Measurement principle of KNF-800
The sensor center of KNF-800 is the blue catfish or zebrafish. This type of small fish is internationally recognized as being used for biological toxicity testing. Kenaf Company has maximized the characteristics of blue catfish and zebrafish through its years of experience. Using high-definition cameras to observe the behavior of fish, using AI to automatically track benchmark algorithms to determine abnormal behavior of fish and punish alerts for water quality abnormalities. This is a comprehensive water quality toxicity warning system.
Introduction to the Setting Parameters of KNF-800
1. Hourly average interval (hours): generally ranging from 12, 24, 48, for example, calculating the average activity level over the past 24 hours as a benchmark.
2. Temperature online: 30. When the temperature sensor reading exceeds 30, the software outputs a temperature alarm.
3. Temperature lower limit: 18. When the temperature sensor reading exceeds 18, the software outputs a temperature alarm.
4. Grid size: 32 (customer does not need to modify).
5. Number of fish thrown in: 12, actual number of fish placed in the sink.
6. Activity calculation interval (seconds): Calculate the average activity of the past 180 seconds as the current value.
7. Save data interval (seconds): Save one piece of raw data every 30 seconds.
8. Time threshold for constant number of live fish (seconds): 600 (dimensionless).
9. Abnormal fish ratio threshold (%): 50. If the ratio is higher than this, the instrument will report an abnormality (can be set).
