1. Product Overview
     The KNF-1005 series coated digital disinfectant sensor is a coated three-electrode constant potential current measurement sensor with independent intellectual property rights developed by our company. It can be used to measure the concentration of disinfectants such as residual chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, and total chlorine. It is mainly applied in scenarios such as tap water leaving the factory, water supply networks, secondary water supply, terminals, swimming pools, water treatment, and process control. The electrode is equipped with an ARM processor and an efficient filtering algorithm, which can effectively avoid noise interference. It has an RS-485 interface, making it convenient to connect to computers and network monitoring systems.

2.Measurement Principle
    The KNF-1005 series coated digital disinfectant sensor is a three-electrode measurement system with high-purity gold electrodes as the working electrodes. The electrodes are equipped with high-precision potentiostat built-in, which can maintain the stability of the working electrode potential. Disinfectant components such as hypochlorous acid undergo oxidation-reduction reactions at the working electrodes, and the generated current follows Faraday's law, thereby measuring the concentration of the disinfectant.

 

3. Product Features
1. The electrochemical sensor has no reagent consumption or pollutant emissions.
2. The film-coated design makes the working electrode less prone to contamination and failure.
3. The three-electrode design ensures stable zero point and high sensitivity.
4. The built-in high-precision sampling circuit ensures good linearity of the sensor.
5. The comparison between the sensor and the DPD measurement method is accurate.
