Field water testing has always involved a compromise. Laboratory-grade accuracy traditionally meant fragile glass electrodes, electrolyte refills, warm-up time and a trolley of separate meters. KaiNaFu's answer to that compromise is the KNF-1500 portable water quality analyzer for field testing — a handheld multi-parameter detector that combines up to five sensor inputs in one submersible probe with titanium alloy bodies, fluorescence dissolved oxygen technology and direct RS-485 Modbus output.
Designed and manufactured in Shenzhen, China, and CE certified, the KNF-1500 is aimed at the people who actually stand at the water's edge: environmental monitoring crews, aquaculture technicians, municipal utility inspectors, wastewater compliance officers and emergency response teams who need defensible numbers within minutes, not days.

The KNF-1500 sensor unit accepts up to four freely combinable sensor inputs, and the handheld detector reads up to five parameters simultaneously. Each sensor is recognized automatically the moment it is connected, so an operator can move from a river survey to a discharge outlet check without touching a menu tree. Available measurement channels include dissolved oxygen, pH, ORP, conductivity, salinity, TDS, turbidity, temperature, chlorophyll, blue-green algae, ammonia nitrogen, oil in water and depth.
| Parameter | KNF-1500 Specification |
| Dissolved oxygen | Fluorescence method, 0–50 mg/L or 0–500% saturation, ±1% or ±0.2 mg/L |
| pH | Glass electrode, 0–14 pH, ±0.02 pH, 20 m maximum depth |
| ORP | Platinum electrode, −1999 to 1999 mV, ±20 mV |
| Conductivity / salinity / TDS | Four-electrode, 0–200 mS/cm, salinity 0–175 ppt, TDS 0–128,000 mg/L |
| Turbidity | 90° scattered light, 0–1000 NTU or 0–4000 NTU, ±5% or 0.3 NTU |
| Ammonia nitrogen | Ion-selective, 0–100 mg/L (optional 0–1000 mg/L) |
| Oil in water | UV fluorescence, 0–50 ppm or 0–150 ppm, linearity R² > 0.999 |
| Depth / temperature | 0–30 m (<0.1% F.S.) / −5 to 50 °C (±0.2 °C) |
| Probe dimensions and weight | Φ66 mm × 532 mm, 1.95 kg including 4 sensors and 5 m cable |
| Output and cable | RS-485 / MODBUS, 5 m cable standard, custom lengths available |
Model KNF-1500 ships as a complete field kit. Buyers specify the required sensor combination — pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, temperature, oil in water, chlorophyll, blue-green algae, ammonia nitrogen or depth — together with cable length. OEM branding and customized sensor configurations are available. Minimum order quantity is 1 piece, supply ability is 500 pieces per month, delivery runs 10–15 working days on T/T terms, and each unit is packed in an eco-friendly paper box with shock-proof foam insert and export carton.
